What we collect and why

When you send a booking request we receive the details you enter: name, email address, phone number (optional), dates of stay, number of guests, the extras you are interested in and your message. We use them only to reply to your request, send you a quote and, if you book, to arrange your stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, once you book, the performance of that contract and our legal obligations as hosts.

If you contact Natalia on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking information is kept as long as required by Italian law (for example tax and guest-registration obligations).

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. It is stored with our website hosting provider and our email provider, who process it on our behalf. Guest details are communicated to the authorities only where Italian law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it, by contacting Natalia using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A technical cookie (pll_language) remembers the language you choose. The map on the Getting Here page is provided by OpenStreetMap and loads only when that page is opened.
