Frequently asked questions
How many guests can stay?
Up to 6: a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a double sofa bed in the living room.
How much does it cost?
Rates depend on the season and the length of your stay. Send a request with your dates and Natalia will reply with a personal quote.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes – fresh linen and towels are provided, and the house is professionally cleaned before and after your stay.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the house has air conditioning and heating.
How far is the beach?
Just a few minutes on foot.
Can you arrange an airport transfer?
Yes – Natalia can organise transfers from Palermo Airport, as well as excursions and prepared meals. Tick the boxes in the form or ask on WhatsApp.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes – the house has fast Wi-Fi, so you can stream, video-call or work remotely.
Is there parking?
Yes – there is paid parking directly opposite the house. You pay by the hour with the EasyPark app on your phone.
Do I need a car?
Not necessarily: the beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and direct trains run to Palermo and the airport. A car is handy for day trips.
